Things to ask before an abortion
If you are considering taking the abortion pill or have already taken the first pill and are looking for options, you've come to the right place. Our medical and support team is here to answer all your questions and help you navigate your reproductive health decisions.
We provide the medical services you need in order to know:
-
How far along you are
-
If the pregnancy is viable and able to continue on its own
-
If you have an STI that needs to be treated prior to an abortion
-
The legal options available to you
An ultrasound is the most important step to rule out a naturally occurring miscarriage, determine gestation, and if there is one or multiple fetuses, and more. This information can impact the cost and price of an abortion. However, we are an independent women's health organization that does not profit from your choice. This ensures you can make a decision privately without pressure or cost involved. We do not provide or refer for abortion services, but can give you the answers you need to make an informed decision. We also provide free resources, counseling, and support after an abortion, can provide care if you wish to reverse an abortion (please see information below), or want to explore other pregnancy options.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, if only the first dose of the abortion pill has been taken, it may be possible to stop the abortion and continue your pregnancy.
If you regret taking the abortion pill, contact the Abortion Pill Reversal hotline at 1-877-558-0333 immediately.
